• Technical Programs and Services E&I Supervisor

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Frontline Team Leadership & Shift Operations: Oversee, allocate, and manage shift responsibilities for electricians and E&I personnel, coordinating prompt response to instrumentation and electrical malfunctions to reduce production line downtime.

  Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, Predictive Maintenance (PdM) procedures (thermography, insulation testing), and precision field instrument calibrations throughout the facility should all be planned, scheduled, and audited on a daily basis.

  Troubleshooting complex breakdowns involving PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, MCC/PCC panels, transformers, switchgear, and process control loops requires supervisory technical guidance in industrial automation, electrical, and control systems.

  Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) & E&I Safety Compliance: Conduct organised RCFA investigations for significant E&I failures, put in place long-term corrective measures, and rigorously enforce Arc Flash safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and hazardous area compliance (Ex).

  Inventory and Maintenance of Spare Parts Budget Control: To reduce operational maintenance costs (OpEx), keep an eye on the consumption of spare parts (sensors, relays, drives, transmitters, and valves), manage shift usage logs, audit technician tool kits, and maintain ideal inventory levels.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
