• Accuracy Machining Standard Production Engineer

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Daily Shift Production Execution & Schedule Compliance: Oversee daily production line operations across shifts, making sure that output goals, shift schedules, and customer delivery obligations are regularly fulfilled while preserving product quality.

  Process Optimisation, Cycle Time Reduction, and Line Balancing: To boost line throughput and labour productivity, examine production workflows, compare takt time to cycle timings, apply line balancing, and get rid of non-value-added tasks.

  Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen Implementation: Use Lean tools to minimise work-in-progress inventories, speed up material flow, and shorten changeover times on the shop floor.

  ScrapReduction & Material Yield Management: Keep an eye on material usage, collaborate with quality teams to analyse shop-floor scrap/rework drivers, take prompt remedial action, and spearhead measures to reduce scrap costs.

  Shop-floor Safety & Workstation Ergonomics: Maintain machine safety guards, enforce factory EHS regulations, supervise ergonomic workstation configurations, and encourage production operators to adopt a zero-incident safety culture.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
