  Job Description:

  The Non-Voice Process Executive manages back-office transaction processing, customer communication via digital channels (chat, email, ticketing platforms), data validation, and workflow execution. Operating in a high-volume operational environment, this role processes client requests, verifies data accuracy, resolves digital customer inquiries, maintains strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times, adheres to data privacy guidelines, and maintains meticulous operational tracking spreadsheets to ensure zero-error transaction processing.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) / Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (B.A.), Commerce, Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Science (B.Sc), or equivalent diploma.

  Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Non-Voice Executive, Chat/Email Support Representative, Back-Office Associate, or Data Entry Specialist in BPO, KPO, or corporate environments.

  Technical Mastery: Written communication skills, fast typing speed (40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy), ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud), live chat platforms, MS Office / Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets operational tracking
