    Job Description:

    The "Operational Engine Room" and "Data Integrity Anchor" of our business division is the Back Office Executive (Data Operations, Document Governance, & Process Enablement Specialist). Your main responsibility is to oversee critical backend administrative and data activities, converting incoming digital forms, disorganized customer records, unverified files, and raw data inputs into business records that are secure, easily scannable, and structured. As the "Guardian of Information Accuracy and Document Compliance," you assume direct execution responsibility for maintaining archives, updating transaction logs, executing daily data enters, verifying client registration information, and creating backend operating reports.

     

    Key Skills: 

    Alphanumeric Data Entry Mastery: Quick, error-free keyboarding abilities with a track record of accuracy in processing large amounts of documents.

    Information Governance & Database Flawlessness: Extensive practical experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ERP software modules, and relational databases for navigation and updating.

    Document Scrutiny & Pattern Matching: Use a keen analytical eye to identify fabricated data rows, mismatched dates, signature gaps, and formatting mistakes in multi-page files.

    Digital Organization & Content Mapping: Proficiency in organizing document naming conventions, directory structures, and intuitive shared drives across cloud ecosystems

     

    Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

    Location: in and Around Chennai

    Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
