  Job Description

  Duties:

  High-Speed Alphanumeric Data Input: Quickly enter high-volume production, inventory, quality, and commercial data into corporate systems with a remarkable little margin of error.

  ERP Master Data Registry Updates: Maintain and update critical records within the ERP program, such as documenting material receipts, confirming unique item codes, and updating customer profiles.

  Source Document Audit and Verification: Before entering, review incoming physical and digital documentation, such as Material Receipt Notes, production batch sheets, and quality logs, to confirm that all information is complete and authorised.

  Database Reconciliation and Cleanup: Perform frequent comparisons between physical tracking sheets and system balances to discover data input gaps, correct formatting faults, and eliminate duplicate records.

  Production and Logistics Data Synchronisation: Work with warehouse and shop floor teams to log outward dispatch files, track batch numbers, and ensure that system stock counts match physical inventory.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Alphanumeric Keyboarding & Precision Processing: High typing speeds mixed with perfect precision.

  ERP Navigation and System Interface Literacy: Complete operational confidence in navigating core data entry windows, database fields, and tracking paths across major platforms such as SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, and custom warehousing systems.

  Industrial documentation literacy refers to a practical awareness of standard manufacturing and commercial formats, as well as their structural patterns.

  Concentration and Repetitive Task Endurance: High mental stamina is essential to maintain absolute attention and speed during long data entry cycles with dense technical statistics.
