  Your Duties:

  Inbound and Outbound Call Execution: Help clients with account management, billing questions, service activations, troubleshooting, and general product enquiries by providing clear, competent, and sympathetic customer service over live phone calls.

  Problem Solving & De-escalation: Use critical thinking and active listening to identify the underlying causes of client problems, give accurate information about products and services, address complaints as soon as feasible, and defuse difficult customer situations.

  CRM Navigation & Interaction Logging: Maintain real-time documentation in CRM platforms while operating contact center telephony systems; update account data, precisely tag call dispositions, monitor outstanding tickets, and arrange appropriate follow-up calls.

  Respect for Call Scripts and Compliance Standards: During each voice conversation, adhere to standardised call flows, required disclosure verification procedures, security measures, and customer data protection requirements (such as GDPR, PCI-DSS).
