  Your Duties:

  In-Process & Final Quality Audit Execution: To stop non-conforming items from reaching consumers, oversee and carry out first-off inspection approvals, in-process quality audits, and final pre-dispatch inspections throughout assembly, machining, moulding, or fabrication lines.

  Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Process Capability (Cpk/Ppk) studies are among the essential APQP/PPAP paperwork that must be prepared and maintained.

  Defect Root-Cause Analysis & Corrective measures: To execute strong corrective and preventive measures (CAPA), conduct formal failure investigations on internal scrap spikes and customer complaints utilising 8D techniques, 5-Why analysis, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams.

  Metrology, Gauging, and Equipment Calibration: To guarantee measurement accuracy, operate precision measuring devices (CMM, profile projector, height gauges, micrometres, roughness testers) and oversee the plant's gauge calibration record.
