  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  strong technical expertise in a variety of fields, including drives, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, mechanical machines, and plant utilities.

  practical experience using Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methods.

  proficiency with fluid power diagrams, electrical schematics, mechanical engineering drawings, and machine failure diagnosis.

  practical experience managing spare parts and recording work orders using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP maintenance modules (such as SAP PM).

  Excellent communication, leadership, shift supervision, and emergency problem-solving skills under production pressure

   

  Experience: 3+ yrs
