Metallurgy Lab Incharge Ensuring Material Integrity
Job Description
Salary: Based on interview Performance
Focus Skills:
Deep technical knowledge of physical/extractive metallurgy, tool steel metallurgy, phase transformations, and heat treatment cycles.
Hands-on proficiency with metallographic sample preparation (mounting, grinding, polishing, etching) and optical/electron microscopy.
Expertise in operating hardness testers (HRC, HV, HB), chemical analyzers (OES/XRF), and non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment.
Strong capability in failure analysis, fractography, defect identification, and technical report writing.
Familiarity with international testing standards (ASTM, ISO, DIN, JIS) for metals and tool steels
