  Duties:

  Accurately transcribe, input, and update numerical, textual, and categorical data from paper forms, digital documents, scanned files, and voice recordings into target databases, ERP, or CRM applications with high-speed data processing and entry.

  Source Data Verification & Auditing: Check entered data against the original source documents to find any missing parameters, typos, duplicate entries, or discrepancies. Then, make the required repairs right away.

  Data Formatting & Indexing: To guarantee that all stored records are uniform, readily searchable, and organised in accordance with corporate policies, use standard data formatting rules, coding conventions, and indexing procedures.

  Database Hygiene & Cleaning: To preserve overall database integrity and quality, conduct routine data cleansing, duplicate record removal, field standardisation, and fundamental data validation procedures.

   

  Focus Skills:

  High-Speed Typing & Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail, low error frequency, and high 10-key numeric pad accuracy are all combined with superior typing speed.

  Mastery of Database Systems and Office Software: Useful familiarity with the main DBMS, ERP, CRM, and office suites (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).

  Strong capacity to identify data abnormalities, carry out simple cross-field validation, find duplicates, and clean inconsistent data fields are all examples of data verification and cleaning techniques.

  Organisational and Time Management Skills: Outstanding capacity to prioritise urgent document batches, handle massive backlogs, keep electronic file folder systems organised, and adhere to stringent daily processing deadlines.
