  Focus Skills:

  Manufacturing Quality Control & Inspection Mastery: Comprehensive technical understanding of sampling plans, final quality control (FQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and incoming quality control (IQC).

  Metrology, Blueprint Reading, and GD&T Capabilities: Capable of using CMM, Vernier callipers, micrometres, surface profiling tools, and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) in accordance with ASME Y14.5.

  Strong proficiency in carrying out Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) processes, scrap tagging, material quarantine procedures, and physical material testing (hardness, tensile, corrosion/salt spray, NDT).

  Gauge Calibration & Metrological Traceability Discipline: In-depth understanding of NIST/ISO calibration traceability, measurement uncertainty calculations, gauge repeatability and reproducibility (Gauge R&R), and tool calibration systems.
