  Job Description:

  The main "Quality Systems Anchor" and "Process Compliance Guardian" in each of our production sites is the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer production Operations & Quality Systems. While production teams drive output volume and Quality Control (QC) inspectors concentrate on line-level part testing, your main responsibility is to design, implement, audit, and improve the overall Quality Management System (QMS) and procedural frameworks that stop problems before they happen. As the "Guardian of Quality System Integrity, Process Audits, Customer Audits, Non-Conformance Prevention, ISO/IATF Certification Standards, and Continuous Improvement," you are directly responsible for making sure that all manufacturing procedures, documentation, supplier standards, and operational workflows closely follow both domestic and global quality standards.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Standards for Quality Assurance and QMS Mastery: Comprehensive technical understanding of document control procedures, internal auditing procedures, ISO/IATF standards, and Quality System manual implementation.

  Applying APQP, PPAP (Levels 1–5), PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) is a key component of quality core tools and engineering documentation.

  Analysis of Root Causes and Solving Issues: proficiency in using formal 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC problem-solving frameworks to lead cross-functional teams and permanently eradicate systemic quality flaws.

  Auditing & Supplier Management: Excellent abilities in managing $SCAR$ monitoring workflows, conducting layered process audits, system compliance checks, and vendor qualification evaluations.
