  Job Description

  The Electronics Engineer leads the design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), microcontrollers, and embedded hardware systems across manufacturing operations. This role ensures high signal integrity, power efficiency, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI) compliance, and seamless hardware-firmware integration for industrial equipment and products

   

  Responsibilities:

  Circuit & PCB Design: Design schematic diagrams, select electronic components, execute PCB layouts (multi-layer, high-speed routing), and perform signal/power integrity simulations.

  Prototyping & Bench Testing: Assemble, solder, and bring up electronic prototypes; validate power rails, analog/digital signals, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (CAN, RS485, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet).

  Firmware Integration: Collaborate with embedded software developers to debug hardware-software interfaces, test sensor integrations, and flash microcontrollers.

  Troubleshooting & Compliance: Conduct root-cause failure analysis (RCA) on malfunctioning board assemblies; ensure designs meet regulatory standards (CE, FCC, RoHS, UL) and EMC/EMI testing mandates.

  Hardware Lifecycle & Asset Tracking: Document Component Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), test logs, component obsolescence risks, and yield loss metrics in engineering spreadsheets

   

  Skills:

  Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Embedded Systems Engineering.

  Experience: 3+ years of experience as an electronics engineer, hardware design engineer, or embedded hardware specialist in manufacturing, automotive, industrial automation, or consumer electronics. 

  Technical proficiency: EDA software (Altium Designer, KiCAD, Eagle or OrCAD), use of an oscilloscope/logic analyzer, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, circuit debugging, and component location.
