  Your Duties:

  Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, inspection test plans (ITP), Control Plans, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents.

  Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality audits, and final pre-shipment product testing to ensure alignment with engineering specifications.

  Lead investigation of non-conformances, internal quality rejects, and customer complaints; execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams.

  Implement statistical process control (SPC) tools, capability studies, and Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gauge R&R) studies to monitor process stability.

  Drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking and verification to prevent recurring quality defects on production lines.

  Prepare, review, and approve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documentation for new product launches.

  Conduct internal quality audits and support external third-party registrar or customer audits for ISO or IATF certifications
