  Your Duties:
  Inbound and Outbound Call Handling: Respond professionally, politely, and promptly to incoming customer calls and targeted outbound follow-up calls.
  First Call Resolution (FCR): To increase customer satisfaction, diagnose customer problems, respond to questions about accounts, goods, or bills, and address concerns during the first call.
  Customer Empathy & De-escalation: Use effective de-escalation strategies to win back customers' trust, handle difficult customer complaints with empathy, and remain composed under duress.
  CRM Management & Call Documentation: During and right after calls, precisely record call summaries, customer comments, resolution procedures, and follow-up activities in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Avaya).
  Compliance with Process and Quality: Respect call center scripts, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards under the QA team's supervision.
