  Your Duties:

  Outbound Cold & Warm Calling: Conduct daily outbound call campaigns promoting business goods, services, or promotional offers to potential clients from designated lead lists.

  Lead Screening & Qualification: Use organised call scripts to interact with prospects in order to determine their needs, validate their interest in making a purchase, verify their eligibility, and filter high-potential leads for the sales team.

  client Inquiry & Objection Handling: Respond to first client enquiries, politely address typical telephone objections, and give precise product/service information.

  Appointment Setting & Lead Routing: Make sure to take thorough notes when scheduling follow-up conversations, product demos, or appointments with field sales executives or account managers.

  CRM Data Entry & Call Disposition Logging: Enter updated contact information, customer comments, follow-up dates, and real-time call results into the CRM or dialler system.
