    Job Description:

    Our industrial machinery manufacturing division's "Technical Ambassador" and "Field Execution Anchor" is the Service Engineer-Manufacturing. Your main responsibility is to assume complete technical ownership of our advanced capital equipment when it leaves our site, while internal quality teams verify product benchmarks and factory-bound production engineers construct the equipment. In order to perform precision equipment installation, mechanical and electrical commissioning, preventative field servicing, complicated diagnostic troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown resolution, you are sent straight to customer factories and production sites. As the "Guardian of Field Customer Satisfaction, Commissioning Timelines, Machine Field Life, and Client Site OEE Metrics," you are the front-line technical specialist who makes sure our industrial products fit into client production networks with ease.

     

    Key Skills: 

    Multidisciplinary Engineering Diagnostic Mastery: Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting cross-system blueprints, such as mechanical assembly layouts, PLC ladder logic tracks, industrial electrical single-line diagrams, and intricate hydraulic schematics.

    Field Tooling & Metrology Proficiency: Practical proficiency with sophisticated field testing equipment, such as thermal cameras, digital multimeters, laser alignment kits, digital insulation testers (Meggers) and hydraulic pressure gauges.

    Client Management & Communication Dynamics: During difficult line downtime emergencies, exceptional interpersonal clarity, active listening techniques, and emotional control are necessary to manage clients who are apprehensive or frustrated.

    Self-Reliant Problem Solving: Excellent capacity to separate technical solutions on one's own while working at distant client plants with little immediate backing.

     

    Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
