• QC Engineer Manufacturing Quality Control

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement thorough Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for receiving, in-process machining/assembly, and final packing processes.

  Precision Metrology & Testing Management: Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, surface roughness testers, hardness testers, and standard metrology tools to conduct dimensional, material, and structural quality checks; oversee equipment calibration schedules.

  Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Quality Audits: Enforce Quality Assurance (QA) compliance on production lines, carry out regular process audits, monitor process capabilities on crucial dimensions, and use SPC.

  Defect Investigation & Root Cause Analysis (CAPA): Conduct systematic 8D, 5-Why, and Ishigaki/Fishbone studies to implement long-lasting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA); oversee the investigation of internal rejections, scrap generation, and customer complaints.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
