  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  High proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD (including sheet metal, welding, surfacing, motion studies, and SolidWorks PDM/Vault).

  Strong working knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensions and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Mechanical Loose Fit standards.

  Practical understanding of common manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, casting, welding).

  Familiarity with SolidWorks Simulation (FEA) for basic static structural, linear stress, and frequency analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills to collaborate with manufacturing operations and supplier networks.

   

  Experience: 3+ yrs
