  Who you are: 

  Conduct daily outbound call campaigns promoting corporate products, services, or promotional offers to potential clients from designated lead lists. Identify needs, qualify purchase interest, verify eligibility, and filter high-potential leads for the sales team by interacting with prospects using established call scripts. Respond to first client enquiries, politely address frequent telephone objections, and give precise product/service information. Make sure to take thorough notes when scheduling follow-up conversations, product demos, or appointments for field sales executives or account managers. Enter current contact information, customer comments, follow-up dates, and call results in real time into the CRM or dialler system.
