• Payment Posting Executive for Payment Allocation

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Post electronic (ERA) and manual (EOB) payments, contractual adjustments, deductibles, co-pays, and write-offs accurately into the billing system.

  Reconcile daily batch postings against bank deposits, merchant statements, and lockbox summaries to ensure 100% financial balancing.

  Identify, research, and flag short payments, partial payments, denied claims, and zero-pay EOBs for immediate transfer to the AR Follow-up / Denial Management team.

  Post patient co-payments, self-pay collections, credit card transactions, and wire transfers accurately to patient accounts.

  Transfer residual balances to patient responsibility queues or secondary insurance queues based on primary payer EOB terms.

  Research and resolve unapplied/unallocated cash balances, posting discrepancies, and unidentified payment files.

  Maintain daily batch logs, posting reconciliation sheets, and audit reports for accounting and compliance reviews

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
