  Job Description:

  The main "Electronics Execution Engine, Board Repair Lead, Component Diagnostics Specialist, Hardware Reliability Technician & Technical Maintenance Integration Lead" in our testing labs, manufacturing operations, and industrial facilities is the Electronics Technician PCB Assembly, Component Troubleshooting, Hardware Testing, Safety Compliance & Maintenance Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out practical assembly, testing, surface-mount (SMD) soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and repair of electronic circuit boards (PCBs), power supplies, control units, sensors, and electronic equipment while Electronics Engineers, Hardware Managers, Quality Assurance Leads, and Maintenance Supervisors create overarching circuit design architectures, test protocols, hardware maintenance frameworks, and compliance standards.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Electronics Craftsmanship & Soldering Expertise: Accurate practical knowledge of wire harness construction, PCB trace repair, through-hole soldering, fine-pitch SMD soldering, and desoldering.

  High competency with standard electronic bench equipment, such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, variable DC power supplies, LCR meters, and logic analysers.

  The ability to read and comprehend electrical circuit diagrams, component datasheets, pinout configurations, colour codes, and surface-mount device (SMD) labels is known as component identification and schematic literacy.

  IPC Standards and ESD Control Awareness: Working knowledge of safe bench work procedures, solder joint quality requirements (IPC-A-610), and ESD control techniques.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
