  Key Skills:

  High-Speed Typing & Numerical Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail, low error frequency, and high 10-key numeric pad accuracy are all combined with superior typing speed.

  Mastery of Database Systems and Office Software: Useful familiarity with the main DBMS, ERP, CRM, and office suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).

  Strong capacity to identify data abnormalities, carry out simple cross-field validation, find duplicates, and clean up inconsistent data fields are all examples of data verification and cleaning techniques.

  Organisational and Time Management Skills: Outstanding capacity to prioritise urgent document batches, handle enormous backlogs, keep electronic file folder structures organised, and adhere to stringent daily processing deadlines.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
