  Focus Skills:

  CNC Machine Operation & Setup Proficiency: Practical experience with controllers from manufacturers like Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak to set up and run CNC lathes, turning centers, or 3/4-axis CNC milling machines.

  Blueprint Reading & Precision Measurement: The capacity to read technical engineering drawings, decipher orthographic views, comprehend micron-level tight tolerances, and operate Vernier callipers, micrometres, and dial gauges with assurance.

  Basic G-Code/M-Code Understanding: Knowledge of block execution, feed rate overrides, tool offset changes, spindle speed adjustments, and CNC program structure.

  Shop-floor safety and equipment care: strict adherence to lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) regulations, machine guard safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) recommendations, and daily machine maintenance.
