  Job Description

  Who you are:  

  Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, process sheets, and setup instructions; load, align, run, and operate CNC turning centers, lathes, or milling equipment. To ensure tight dimensional tolerances, check G-code/M-code sequences on machine controls, do dry runs, enter tool wear offsets, and modify feed/speed settings. Verify drawing conformity by inspecting first-off and running parts with precision measuring tools such as Vernier callipers, outside/inside micrometres, dial indicators, bore gauges, and thread plug gauges. Keep an eye on the wear of cutting tools, index and replace inserts, control coolant concentrations, carefully remove chips, and handle raw materials and completed components without causing harm. Conduct daily autonomous machine maintenance, such as lubricating slideways, monitoring hydraulic oil levels, examining chip conveyors, and keeping workstations tidy.
