    Job Description

    Duties:

    Multichannel Text Resolution: Use corporate email systems, live web chat interfaces, and digital ticketing channels to handle and address large volumes of incoming client interactions.

    High-Accuracy Transaction Processing: Complete backend account tasks with 0% errors, including processing billing refunds, changing orders, updating subscriptions, and verifying profile modifications.

    De-escalation and Empathetic Problem Solving: Identify complicated user issues methodically, utilize your active reading instincts to calm irate clients, and provide concise, customized solutions without depending on strict scripts.

    Enterprise Database & Ticket Governance: Within the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) structure, record each customer touchpoint, interaction note, ticket status update, and resolution type.

    Knowledge Base Management: Determine typical customer friction points and work with team leads to create concise, repeatable email macros and internal support articles.

     

    Focus Skills:

    Perfect Written Grammar and Text Articulation: Outstanding ability to write comments in English that are clear, professional, grammatically correct, and have a suitable business tone.

    Quick Alphanumeric Typing Precision: At least 40 to 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95%+ correctness while managing several system windows at once.

    CRM & Ticketing Tool Command: Extensive practical experience in handling ticket staging structures, routing protocols, and multi-window data settings within contemporary service ecosystems.

    Active Reading & Analytical Troubleshooting: Excellent comprehension abilities to quickly extract important information from lengthy customer emails and identify technical or transactional faults.
