  Your Duties:

  Shift Operations & Line Execution: Allocate manpower, monitor station cycle times, manage line balancing, and ensure continuous line flow to meet daily production schedules.

  Workplace Safety & 5S Discipline: Enforce strict shop-floor safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance, PPE usage, and maintain high levels of 5S workplace organization.

  Quality Assurance & Defect Containment: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), verify first-off part clearances, and take immediate action on line non-conformances to prevent scrap generation.

  Manpower Management & Development: Manage shift attendance, track operator skill matrices, resolve shop-floor grievances, and train operators on standard work instructions.

  Shift Analytics & Downtime Logging: Track hourly production targets vs. actual output, scrap counts, machine downtime reasons, and shift attendance using operational tracking spreadsheets
