• Exciting Opportunity for AR Analysts in US Healthcare

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Financial AR Analysis & Ageing Bucket Management: Examine reports on ageing accounts receivable, keep an eye on important performance metrics, and give priority to high-value claims for prompt settlement.

  Root-Cause Denial Trend Analysis: Identify denial root causes, conduct quantitative research on claim denials across major US payers, and put preventive process controls in place.

  Payer Dispute Resolution & Complex Appeals: Create advanced level-two and level-three claim appeals, contest short payments or inaccurate contractual write-offs, and communicate with payer-provider relations personnel to address the stalling of bulk claims.

  Monitoring Electronic Data Interchange 837 claim submission and 835 remittance logs, auditing clearinghouse rejection reports, and working with coding/billing teams to fix front-end submission mistakes are all part of clearinghouse and EDI error auditing.

  Payer Contract Compliance & Fee Schedule Verification: To find underpayments, unlawful balance billing, and non-compliance with contractual timely filing allowances, compare posted payments to contracted payer fee schedules.
