  Your Duties:

  In-Process & Final Quality Assurance: To guarantee tight adherence to engineering drawings and client specifications, conduct line clearance audits, first-off/last-off inspections, and final quality releases throughout production lines.

  Quality Core Tools & PPAP Management: Complete PPAP documentation packages for new product releases, create Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams, carry out Process FMEA, and carry out APQP workflows.

  Metrology, Inspection, and GD&T Execution: Accurately interpret GD&T callouts using precision inspection tools such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines, Optical Comparators, and Surface Roughness Testers.

  Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action: To address internal scrap spikes and customer quality complaints, lead cross-functional problem-solving teams utilising 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone approaches.

  Quality audits and statistical process control (SPC): Perform internal ISO/IATF audit procedures, measure repeatability and reproducibility, and keep an eye on process capability indexes.
