• Team Supervisor Electrical PM Activities

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Supervise, assign, and track daily maintenance tasks and shift handovers for electrical technicians, electricians, and sub-contractors.

  Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance schedules for plant machinery, transformers, LT/HT panels, PCC/MCC units, and DG sets.

  Lead fault-finding, root-cause diagnostics, and rapid emergency repairs on AC/DC drives (VFDs), PLCs, HMIs, control circuits, instrumentation, and heavy electric motors.

  Enforce 100% compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, arc flash safety rules, and Work Permit systems (Permit to Work).

  Manage spare parts inventory for critical electrical items (relays, contactors, circuit breakers, fuses, sensors, drive cards) in coordination with the procurement team.

  Coordinate with external power utility boards, statutory inspectors, and OEMs for periodic transformer oil testing, electrical audits, and calibration procedures.

  Conduct skill gap assessments, safety tool box talks, and technical training for junior electricians to build operational capabilities and maintain 5S standards

   

  Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE & ECE
