  Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
  
  Handle new product development from sample to production.
  Study customer drawings and product requirements.
  Coordinate for prototype development and trials.
  Support process planning and development activities.
  Coordinate with tool room, production, quality, and engineering teams.
  Identify and resolve product and process issues during development.
  Prepare and maintain development documents and records.
  Conduct trials and ensure product meets drawing requirements.
  Support cost reduction and process improvement activities.
  Ensure timely completion of new product development projects.
  Pay: ?30k - ?46k  per month
