  Focus Skills:

  Java Ecosystem & Core Programming: Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency/multithreading, design patterns, object-oriented programming concepts, and core Java.

  Spring Framework Mastery: Practical experience utilising Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security to create production-grade services.

  Database and Caching Technologies: Strong knowledge of ORM tools (Hibernate), relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), SQL query optimisation, and caching techniques (Redis).

  APIs, Microservices, and Messaging: Expertise in creating RESTful web services, managing JSON/XML payloads, and using event-driven systems (Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ).
