  Job Description:

  The Payment Posting Executive is responsible for precisely recording, reconciling, and posting incoming payments from insurance companies, patients, and third-party payers into the healthcare billing system/ERP. This role involves processing Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and paper checks, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately balanced and posted within specified turnaround times.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Hands-on experience with medical billing/RCM platforms (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, AdvancedMD, Kareo, or Tally/ERP equivalents).

  Deep understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), adjustment codes, denial codes, and co-insurance structures.

  High typing speed and numeric data entry precision (strong 10-key numeric keypad skill).

  Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas, batch balancing sheets) for cash reconciliation.

  High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, analytical problem-solving, and strict adherence to HIPAA/data privacy guidelines

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

  Location: in and Around Chennai
