  Job Description:

  The principal "Frontline E&I Operational Leader, Maintenance Execution Manager, Instrumentation Calibration Anchor & Plant Up-Time Guardian" in each of our manufacturing facilities is the E&I Supervisor in Manufacturing Industries Electrical & Instrumentation Operations, Maintenance Planning, Team Leadership, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to direct, oversee, schedule, and optimise daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance, team shift deployments, control loop calibrations, breakdown responses, and preventive maintenance routines across all power distribution networks, automated machinery, process controls, and field instruments while Maintenance Managers, Plant Operations Directors, and Chief Operating Officers (COO) set macro asset management policies, capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, regulations

   

  Key Skills: 

  E&I Supervisory Leadership & Shift Management: Excellent team management skills to manage contractor operations, assign work orders, coach technicians, organise shift rosters, and oversee shift handover communications.

  Dual Electrical & Instrumentation Technical Proficiency: In-depth practical and supervisory understanding of motor control, PLC I/O architectures, VFDs, power distribution (HT/LT switchgear, PCC/MCC), and process instrumentation (4-20mA control loops, HART communicators, control valves, level/temperature/pressure transmitters).

  Maintenance Systems & Calibration Oversight: The ability to effectively organise PM procedures, oversee calibration schedules, decipher electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams, and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars.

  E&I Safety Protocols & Regulatory Standards: Extensive knowledge of electrical safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) enforcement, permit-to-work (PTW) administration, intrinsic safety standards in hazardous environments, and industrial safety compliance.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
