    Job Description

The "Technical Guardian" and "Operational Shield" of our production plant is the maintenance engineer. Your main responsibility is to design and maintain maximum plant asset uptime making sure that all vertical machining centers, structural robots, pneumatic conveyor paths, hydraulic stamping blocks, and automated assembly infrastructures run smoothly with little downtime while production engineers drive high-volume output cycles and operators load machinery lines. As the "Guardian of Total Productive Maintenance, Equipment Reliability, and Zero-Accident Facility Engineering," you are directly responsible for carrying out predictive diagnostics, creating preventive schedules, fixing mechanical systems, troubleshooting PLC automations, and keeping essential breakdown spares on hand.

    Responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceDeployment: Organise and carry out organised PM tracks on every manufacturing line, using oil health metrics, infrared thermography, and vibration analysis to identify hidden equipment problems early.

Quick Break-Down Restoration: Take charge of the emergency troubleshooting loop during crucial machine stops, manually identifying the underlying reasons of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or hydraulic issues in order to safely restore assets.

PLCTroubleshooting & AutomationEngineering: Check sensor feedback arrays, edit code logic blocks, connect to and debug plant PLC designs, and modify servo drive settings.

RCA & EngineeringFixes: Create unique engineering improvements to remove chronic wear sites by applying organised analytical disciplines to recurrent mechanical problems.

Total Productive Maintenance Integration: Lead Autonomous Maintenance training to guarantee machine operators perform daily lubrication and fundamental inspections accurately. Collaborate with shop floor operations to apply TPM pillars.

    Skills:

Electro-Mechanical Machine Diagnostics: Complete operational assurance when interpreting pneumatic logic paths, hydraulic circuit maps, structural assembly blueprints, and multi-layer electrical schematics.

Industrial Automation Navigation: The ability to test input/output nodes, run diagnostic traces, calibrate field instruments, and connect programming terminals to manufacturing PLCs.

Mechanical Overhaul Proficiency: Practical expertise in monitoring spindle alignment runouts, modifying ball screw backlash margins, aligning gear train clearances, and swapping out large precision bearings.

The capacity to compute mathematical operational indices, such as MTBF, MTTR, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness, to determine engineering priorities is known as reliability engineering analytics.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
