  Your Duties:

  Database Objects Development: Create, implement, test, and manage complex SQL scripts, user-defined functions, stored procedures, triggers, and views for enterprise relational databases.

  In order to improve system response times, query tuning and performance optimisation involve analysing execution plans, identifying query bottlenecks, optimising indexing strategies (clustered/non-clustered, execution statistics), and refactoring sluggish SQL queries.

  Data Modelling & Schema Design: Create and improve logical and physical database schemas, making sure that referential integrity, scalable data linkages, correct normalisation (3NF/star schema), and constraint management are all in place.

  ETL Pipeline & Data Integration: To extract, transform, and load data from many sources into centralised data warehouses, create, manage, and keep an eye on automated ETL/ELT pipelines.

  Database Security, Migration, and Backup Operations: Manage user privileges, carry out data migration scripts, enforce database security procedures, and collaborate with database administrators on patch deployments, backup, and restoration.
