  Job Description

  The fundamental "Application Engineering Engine" and "System Logic Guardian" of our software development processes is the Java Developer-Backend Software Engineering, Microservices Architecture & High-Performance Distributed Systems. Your major responsibility is to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure backend microservices and enterprise applications, while Frontend Engineers create user interfaces and DevOps teams oversee cloud infrastructure. As the "Guardian of Clean Code, API Performance, System Reliability, Low-Latency Execution, Database Efficiency, and Scalable Architecture," you assume direct execution responsibility for converting intricate technical specifications and business needs into Java programs that are ready for production.

   

  Responsibilities:

  Microservices & Backend Development: Use Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security frameworks to design, create, and implement scalable, fault-tolerant backend microservices and enterprise Java applications.

  API Design & System Integration: To guarantee smooth communication across dispersed systems, create, record, and manage high-performance RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and event-driven messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

  Database Design & Query Optimisation: Create effective relational database schemas and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB); create and refine intricate SQL queries, indexes, and frameworks for object-relational mapping.

  Code Quality & Test Automation: Use JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks to maintain high unit/integration test coverage, enforce clean code standards, and conduct peer code reviews.

  Security & Performance Optimisation Hardening: Identify and address memory leaks, thread locks, and latency bottlenecks; put strong authentication and authorisation procedures in place; and address application security flaws.

   

  Skills:

  Java Ecosystem & Core Programming: Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency/multithreading, object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and core Java.

  Spring Framework Mastery: Practical experience utilising Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security to develop production-grade services.

  Database and Caching Technologies: Strong knowledge of ORM tools (Hibernate), SQL query optimisation, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and caching techniques (Redis).

  APIs, Microservices, and Messaging: Expertise in creating RESTful web services, managing JSON/XML payloads, and using event-driven systems (RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka).
