  Your Duties:

  General Ledger & Journal Entries: Post daily financial transactions, voucher entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustment journals into accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

  Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders (3-way matching), verify billing terms, track customer receivables, issue debit/credit notes, and execute timely payment runs.

  Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, customer statement reconciliations, and inter-company account balances.

  Statutory Compliance & Taxation Support: Calculate, deduct, and track statutory dues including TDS, TCS, GST, EPF, and ESI; assist in preparing monthly GST returns and TDS filings.

  Financial Reporting & Expense Analytics: Prepare monthly Trial Balances, Profit & Loss summaries, Balance Sheet schedules, cash flow tracking sheets, and petty cash logs using financial tracking spreadsheets
