  Quick Typing of Alphanumeric Text Precision: At least 40 to 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy while managing several system windows at once.

  CRM & Ticketing Tool Command: Extensive hands-on experience with multi-window data environments, routing protocols, and ticket staging structures in contemporary service ecosystems.

  Active Reading & Analytical Troubleshooting: Excellent comprehension abilities to quickly extract important information from lengthy customer communications and identify transactional or technical issues.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
