  Responsibilities:

  Accounts Receivable & Aging Analysis: Evaluate day aging buckets, identify high-dollar outstanding claims, and perform trend analysis across payors (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Managed Care).

  Denial Root-Cause & Trend Identification: Analyze ANSI remark and reason codes, pinpoint systemic billing or front-end registration errors, and collaborate with coding, charge entry, and payment posting teams to prevent recurring rejections.

  Complex Appeals & Payor Dispute Strategy: Draft high-level medical necessity appeals, timely filing limit dispute letters, and underpayment reconsiderations using contract terms, clinical documentation, and payor policy guidelines.

  RCM Performance Reporting & Financial Analytics: Model monthly cash collection forecasts, write-off trend analyses, denial resolution rates, and payor yield reports using advanced tracking spreadsheets and business intelligence dashboards.

  Process Optimization & Compliance: Audit workflow efficiency, monitor clearinghouse edit patterns, ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and present actionable RCM recommendations to operational leadership

   

  Required Skills: 

  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Arts (B.A.), or equivalent diploma.

  Experience: 0 to 3+ years of hands-on experience as an AR Analyst, Senior RCM Executive, Denial Analyst, or Revenue Cycle Specialist in a U.S. Healthcare process.

  Technical Mastery: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing Software (eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Brightree), ICD-10/CPT coding awareness, EOB/ERA interpretation, clearinghouse operations, and Excel tracking

   

  Experience: 0 to 3yrs
