  Job Description:

  The Team Supervisor in Electrical Maintenance is responsible for overseeing, leading, and coordinating the daily operational activities of the plant electrical maintenance team. Working directly on the shop floor, this role ensures uninterrupted power distribution, high equipment availability, strict adherence to electrical safety protocols, and rapid emergency response across high-voltage/low-voltage (HV/LV) switchgear, transformers, motors, drives, and PLC control panels.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong technical leadership and deep expertise in industrial electrical maintenance, power distribution, and plant automation.

  Hands-on proficiency in troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Mitsubishi), relay logic, starters, and motor control centers (MCC).

  Comprehensive understanding of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems, circuit breakers (ACB, VCB, MCCB), transformers, and DG synchronizing panels.

  In-depth knowledge of electrical safety rules, local energy regulations, national electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

  Strong team management, emergency decision-making, breakdown logging, and inter-departmental communication skills.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
