  Who you are: 

  Respond to incoming consumer calls and make prompt, polite, and professional outbound follow-up calls. To maximise client satisfaction, diagnose customer problems, respond to questions about accounts, products, or billing, and address concerns during the initial call. To win back customers' trust, handle difficult customer complaints with empathy, remain composed under duress, and use efficient de-escalation strategies. Accurately record call summaries, customer comments, resolution procedures, and follow-up activities during and right after calls in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Avaya). Respect call center scripts, SOPs, compliance standards, and quality standards under the QA team's supervision.
