  Responsibilities:

  Shift Quality Leadership & Line Inspection Control: Oversee, assign tasks to, and manage shift QC inspectors and lab personnel to guarantee thorough coverage of incoming raw material verification, in-process inspection, and final pre-dispatch inspection.

  First-Piece Setup Sign-Off & Line Clearance: Before authorising mass production, perform and confirm first-piece setup clearances after job changes, tool changes, or machine maintenance. Make that tool offsets and program parameters produce parts precisely within engineering drawing tolerances.

  Inline Defect Containment & Non-Conformance Management: When recurring or significant dimensional non-conformances are found, production lines should be immediately stopped. Quick containment measures should be established, red-tag quarantine holds should be issued, suspect lots should be segregated, and thorough Non-Conformance Reports should be raised.

  Layered Process Audits & Standard Work Verification: Verify operator compliance with Control Plans, inspection SOPs, gauge usage protocols, and poka-yoke operational checks by conducting shift layered process audits.

   

  Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
