  Job Description:

  The main "Quality Standards, Technical Inspection & Process Compliance Anchor" for our manufacturing facilities and production lines is the Quality Control (QC) Engineer-Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, Inspection Systems & Process Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to inspect, audit, test, and control manufacturing processes, incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards, while maintenance teams guarantee machine uptime and production engineers concentrate on output volumes. As the "Guardian of Product Quality, Zero Defects, First Time Right (FTR) Yield, and Process Reliability," you assume direct execution responsibility for reducing quality risks and stopping the delivery of non-conforming goods to clients.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Manufacturing Quality & Metrology Engineering: Comprehensive understanding of engineering drawing reading, precision measuring instruments, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, moulding, casting, and assembly).

  Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Gauge R&R studies, and 8D/CAPA root cause tools are all practically mastered.

  Quality Standards & Compliance: Practical knowledge of ISO, IATF quality management systems and auditing procedures.

  Problem Solving & Shop-Floor Leadership: Excellent analytical skills to assess metallurgical and dimensional non-conformances, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and manage cross-functional quality improvement teams.
