  Who you are: 

  To guarantee tight compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications, conduct line clearance audits, first-off/last-off inspections, and final quality releases throughout production lines. Complete PPAP documentation packages for new product releases, create Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams, carry out Process FMEA, and implement APQP workflows. Accurately interpret GD&T callouts using precision inspection tools, such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines, Optical Comparators, and Surface Roughness Testers. To address internal scrap spikes and customer quality concerns, lead cross-functional problem-solving teams using the 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone techniques. Quality audits and statistical process control (SPC) Perform internal ISO/IATF audit procedures, measure repeatability and reproducibility studies, and keep an eye on process capability indexes.
