  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Metrology and Precision Inspection Proficiency: Practical experience using optical comparators, height gauges, micrometres, bore gauges, hardness testers, CMMs (manual/CNC), and speciality inspection fixtures.

  Engineering Drawing & GD&T Mastery: Excellent comprehension of intricate engineering drawings, GD&T feature control frameworks, welding symbols, and machining tolerances.

  Material Inspection & Non-Conformance Management: Comprehensive knowledge of material testing protocols, material test reports, sampling plans (AQL/ISO 2859), and physical material quarantine processes.

  Measurement system analysis, gauge R&R, first article inspection reports, and basic statistical process control are all practical aspects of quality core tools and statistical control.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
