  Job Description

  The main "Talent Acquisition Anchor, Employee Lifecycle Specialist, HR Operations Engine & Organisational Culture Guardian" for our corporate and operational divisions is the HR Executive End-to-End Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Payroll Operations, HR Operations & HR Analytics Specialist. While Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), HR Directors, and Plant/Corporate HR Heads set organisational development goals, workforce planning frameworks, compensation policies, and macro talent strategies, your main responsibility is to carry out talent acquisition, manage HR paperwork, process payroll and attendance inputs, handle employee grievances, and guarantee statutory labour compliance. As the "Guardian of Employee Lifecycle Precision, HR Policy Compliance, Workplace Culture, and Employee Data Integrity," you assume direct responsibility for promoting operational HR excellence and employee engagement.

   

  Key Duties

  Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment: Use job portals, social media, and employee referral programs to find, screen, and set up interviews for available openings in both technical and non-technical areas.

  Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete joining paperwork, background check (BGV), orientation, seat assignment, and probation confirmation procedures for each new hire.

  Processing of Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Inputs: Monitor daily biometric attendance records, handle leave requests, compute shift allowances, combine monthly payroll inputs, and work with finance to ensure prompt salary distribution.

  Statutory Compliance & HR Documentation: Keep up-to-date personnel records, employee files, and make sure that statutory labour rules are followed.

  Employee Engagement & Performance Appraisal Coordination: Plan wellness events, town halls, and internal employee engagement campaigns while supporting HR leadership in carrying out the yearly and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
