  The main "Revenue Analytics & Claims Strategy Anchor" for our healthcare financial operations is the AR Analyst-Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, Financial Analytics & Ageing Claims Optimisation Specialist. Your main responsibility is to conduct in-depth financial analysis on outstanding accounts receivable, identify systemic payer denial trends, optimise ageing bucket movements, and develop data-driven strategies to maximise healthcare provider reimbursements, while AR callers handle routine insurance phone enquiries and medical billers submit initial claims. As the "Guardian of Revenue Protection, Net Collection Rate Optimisation, Payer Contract Compliance, and Zero Uncollectable Write-Offs," you assume direct responsibility for the analysis and resolution of intricate revenue bottlenecks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Advanced RCM Analytics & Healthcare Finance: Proficiency in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), payer reimbursement strategies (Fee-for-Service, Capitation, Value-Based Care), and financial metrics (Days in AR, First-Pass Resolution Rate, Net Collection Ratio).

  Denial Management & Complex Appeal Strategy: Understanding ERISA/state insurance regulations, complex medical necessity appeals, and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARCs) and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARCs).

  Strong working understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding, modifier usage, CCI changes, and regular CMS-1500/UB-04 billing form standards.

  The ability to collect, synthesise, and manipulate big healthcare dataset files in order to find operational bottlenecks and hidden financial leakage points is known as data analysis and technical problem solving.
