  The main "Quality Systems Architect, Process Standardiser, Audit Readiness Engine & Preventive Quality Anchor" for our manufacturing operations is the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Auditing & Quality Systems Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, implement, audit, and improve the quality management systems and preventative procedures that guarantee non-conformances don't happen in the first place, while Quality Control (QC) engineers concentrate on examining actual items and finding flaws on the shop floor. As the "Guardian of Quality Compliance, Process Standardisation, ISO/IATF Management Systems, and Continuous Quality Improvement," you assume direct execution responsibility for promoting process stability, audit preparedness, and system-wide quality assurance.

   

  Key Skills: 

  QMS Standards & Audit Expertise: In-depth familiarity with VDA 6.3, ISO, IATF, AS (if relevant), and Layered Process Audit (LPA) frameworks.

  Mastery of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC principles, and Change Management (ECN/ECO) workflows are essential tools for quality assurance.

  Root Cause & CAPA Management: Expertise in supporting 5-Why, Fishbone analysis, 8D problem-solving techniques, and auditing CAPA efficacy to stop problem recurrence.

  Strong technical writing abilities for creating precise SOPs, Quality Manuals, Process Maps, and upholding stringent document version control are essential for document management and quality auditing.
