  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Develop sophisticated 3D parametric solid parts, advanced surface geometries, and full product assemblies using CATIA V5/V6. Optimize component dimensions for particular factory manufacturing restrictions, such as precision CNC machining, casting, plastic injection molding, and sheet metal stamping. Use strict Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts to guarantee correct stack-up fits while converting 3D master models into highly accurate 2D manufacturing prints. Before prototyping, build and maintain large product assemblies while conducting digital mock-up (DMU) clash, clearance, and spatial interference audits to remove fitment concerns. Manage product structure variations and model configurations by releasing and monitoring CAD data updates using integrated PLM software pipelines (like ENOVIA or Windchill).
